What is Comma Summa?
Comma Summa is a SaaS platform which generates intelligently summarized content, coded for publication, which can then be published via the web, email, and in audio and video casts. Comma Summa functions as a resource for third party SaaS platforms via API. Comma Summa provides technology for multimedia content automation.
What Is The Relationship Between Comma Summa And The Over Under Drive Network?
We provide the content automation technology platform for the Over Under Drive Network. We are owned by the same parent company Small Footprint Media LLC.
Where Does The Raw Content Come From?
The client must provide Comma Summa with the raw content to be processed.
Can Comma Summa Publish Directly To My Platforms?
In many cases we can publish content directly to a client’s third party platform. However, we do not engineer any requirements for third party platforms to accept content. This is the responsibility of the client.
Does Comma Summa Publish Its Own Content?
No, we are a system which generates content on behalf of clients. Generally, we exercise no editorial control over client content except if the content is in violation of one of our policies or one of our vendor’s policies. We are not a publisher.
Are There Other Options For Working With Comma Summa?
Comma Summa can provide clients with assistance services to set up and integrate Comma Summa in order to publish their content to a dedicated website and/or email platform. This service is only available when using Comma Summa approved third party vendors (e.g. Stripe, MailChimp, PMPRO, Elegant Themes etc.) as the use case may require. The client must supply its own technical resources to implement the third party platforms pursuant to Comma Summa’s guidance.
Does Comma Summa Provide Subscriber Support?
No, subscriber support is the sole responsibility of the client. Comma Summa will only provide subscriber support through the client.
